The IDP Coventry NIHL Blaze are pleased to announce the return of 19-year-old forward, Connor Wheeldon for the 2024/25 season.

Wheeldon, who returns for his third season with the NIHL Blaze, registered 16 points (12 goals, 4 assists), and 14 penalty-minutes in 32 appearances last season.

On re-signing for the NIHL Blaze Wheeldon said…

“After the great season we had last year I am really pleased to be returning for another season with the team.”

“Hopefully we can build on last year and push for some silverware this season.”

NIHL Blaze Head Coach, Sean Alderson said…

“I’m pleased to have Connor back for another season, he really stepped up his game last season, doubling his points tally from the previous season.”

“His performances last season also saw him get good minutes on our special teams, something we will be hoping he emulates again this season.”
