IDP Coventry NIHL Blaze are pleased to announce the return of 22-year-old forward, Harrison Sumner, for the 2025/26 season.

Sumner, who returns for his fifth season with the club, registered 17 points (10 goals, 7 assists), and 14 penalty-minutes in 28 appearances last season.

On resigning for the NIHL Blaze Sumner said…

“I’m looking forward to returning to Coventry for what will be my 5th season with the club.”

“I like the direction we are heading in and the squad we are building for the upcoming season can definitely challenge for some silverware.”

NIHL Blaze Head Coach, Sean Alderson said…

“I’m pleased to have Harrison back for another season, he continues to show good progress each season and was, once again, one of our leading point scorers last season.”

“Hopefully, to assist with his development, we will be able to get him some NIHL1 experience this season too.”
