Sunday brings game two of the weekend as we ice in our first double header of the new season, going north to take on the Bulldogs of Bradford. This will be Bradfords second game of the season and come Sunday, it will be our third game. Bradford lost their opening game away to the reigning Playoff Champions, Billingham Buccaneers.

The Bulldogs would lose out in a hefty loss of seven-nill away from home to open the season whilst we put in a great performance away from home in Altrincham, four goals to one.

The Bulldogs have lost a few players over the summer with the departures of Dean Boothroyd, Joshua Stockton and Connor Medley to retirement. Jake Howie has moved to the Widnes Wild whilst Declan Kime has headed to the Leeds Knights 2. The Bulldogs have a very young squad with the average age just over twenty-one.

We are looking to hopefully take maximum points from this weekend but both games should be great tests this early on in the season. See you in Bradford for a 17:30 faceoff.
